Department of PG Studies and Research in Electronics

The Department was established in the year 2003 with an objective of generating competent professionals to meet the challenges in the field of Electronics. The Department has well-equipped laboratories viz. Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, Optical Fiber Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Computer Communication Networks and VHDL. The Department is actively involved in teaching, research & extension programmes. Thrust areas of research include, Digital Signal & Image Processing, Semiconductor Physics and Microcontrollers.
